It’s a key part of the parasympathetic nervous system, which is your body’s rest-and-digest mode. Opposite of fight-or-flight mode.

A few things to consider
TIPS for the best simo breath experience
Don’t eat a heavy meal 1–2 hours before your session.
Go to the bathroom beforehand. It is better not to interrupt the session.
Let go of the outcome. Just stay present and trust the process.
Listen to your body. If you feel light-headed, stiff, or overwhelmed, pause and return to your natural breath.
Good quality headphones (to amplify the benefits of the binaural beats).
Reliable internet connection (for online sessions).
